Mentors, You Hold the Cure
I recently read an article about Australian man James Harrison. To most, he’s an unassuming guy in his 80’s, but to some, Harrison is known as the “Man with the Golden Arm,” because he was…

Everything about us wants something to measure. Like Pavlov’s dogs, we’re drawn back to the age-old adage “you can’t manage what you don’t measure.” So, I am faithfully measuring what I eat, what I spend,…
Mentoring a group of guys for a year is like a roller-coaster ride. Somehow you know it’s going to be good in the end, but you’re never prepared for all the ups and downs, the…
When we give presentations or speak at conferences, we like to leave time for Q&A. There are a few questions we usually get asked, including, “Where is the Bible in Radical Mentoring?” I understand and…
We already debunked the idea that men aren’t readers, or won’t read the required books for a Radical Mentoring group. Along the same lines, mentors often ask if the format of the book matters. Can…
If I’ve heard it one time, I’ve heard it a million times . . . “How do you expect men in a Radical Mentoring group to read nine books over nine months?” “But men aren’t…
One Friday morning, the Lead Pastor of a young, thriving church sits at Chick-fil-a with his men’s group, as he looks around the table, he notices two things: 1) only half the guys in his…
One time my daughter did a photography workshop with some famous guy. He hired models, set up his shots, and took pictures. Then he had his mentees photograph the same subjects, critiquing what they did….
Fathers can be mentors, but mentors aren’t necessarily fathers. Mentors choose to mentor, but once a man becomes a father, he is always a father. I believe that’s why God chose the father-son paradigm to…
Pastor Sean Sears planted Grace Church in Avon, MA in 2005. Starting with 35 people, Grace now averages 1,800. Grace Church has planted four new churches in the Boston area with two more launching in 2018. As a part…

As Radical Mentoring’s Church Relationships Manager, Trey is on the frontlines, interacting with the hundreds of churches exploring small group mentoring, and guiding those in the process of launching.
Originally from the Atlanta area, Trey was raised in the shadow of Stone Mountain. Before joining Radical Mentoring in 2017, Trey was the Events Manager for Connect Ministries and a part of the Leadercast team at Giant Impact. Regi Campbell was an entrepreneur, author, and mentor. He was involved in founding 15 companies and served as CEO four times. He wrote four books: About My Father’s Business, Mentor Like Jesus, What Radical Husbands Do, and Radical Wisdom.
But Regi’s passion and calling was mentoring younger men to become all-in Jesus-followers. Through his 19 mentoring groups, he personally invested in 155 men and indirectly, in their marriages and families. The success of his mentoring groups led Regi to found Radical Mentoring to equip and engage men and their churches in launching intentional men’s small group mentoring. Through the investments of those churches and mentors, over 11,000 men have been mentored.
Regi was married to Miriam for 50 years. Their two adult children are happily married (with five grandkids between them) and live only a couple of hours away. Regi went home to be with his Heavenly Father on January 24, 2020.
