Mentoring often feels like a quiet investment. One conversation, one relationship, one life at a time. But over time, those small, faithful moments can multiply into something far greater than we ever expect-—that’s the legacy…
A mentoring journey can change everything. What began with mentors pouring into me became a ripple that shaped countless other lives.
Imagine for a minute a world without movie advertising . . . no previews or trailers . . . no social media posts . . . no billboards or posters. Just the name of the…
The other day I read about how we overcomplicate disciple-making . . . that it’s simply about intentionally loving someone and helping them in some way. I’m carrying a burden right now (maybe it’s the…
Growing up Baptist, I heard a lot of “Just As I Am” sung at the end of church services. The preacher wanted people to walk down the aisle and accept Jesus, a noble goal for…
If our motive is to help everyone we know move one step closer to Christ, then everything we do in relationship with another person is evangelism. That’s right! When we invite people to go to…
In almost every Radical Mentoring group, there’s a guy who wants to start his own business. I’ve helped a couple get going successfully but have also talked several off the ledge. So this post may…
Why can’t we get it through our thick heads that unchurched, non-Christian people aren’t ‘buying’ Christianity? They aren’t because they don’t think they have any problems . . . at least none our faith can…

Regi Campbell was an entrepreneur, author, and mentor. He was involved in founding 15 companies and served as CEO four times. He wrote four books: About My Father’s Business, Mentor Like Jesus, What Radical Husbands Do, and Radical Wisdom.
But Regi’s passion and calling was mentoring younger men to become all-in Jesus-followers. Through his 19 mentoring groups, he personally invested in 155 men and indirectly, in their marriages and families. The success of his mentoring groups led Regi to found Radical Mentoring to equip and engage men and their churches in launching intentional men’s small group mentoring. Through the investments of those churches and mentors, over 11,000 men have been mentored.
Regi was married to Miriam for 50 years. Their two adult children are happily married (with five grandkids between them) and live only a couple of hours away. Regi went home to be with his Heavenly Father on January 24, 2020.
