I was bragging to my wife about how my ‘default setting’ is gratitude. When I pray during the day, I’m usually saying “Thank you God” for something. “Thank you for forgiving me . . ….
They say they’re no ‘foxhole atheists’. When the chips are down-I mean really down, most people will cry out to God. Prayer in those situations is pretty straight-up. “Get me out of here” or “Please…
Imagine having a child, fathered by you or adopted . . . doesn’t matter. Now imagine raising that child without ever speaking to him. He comes to you all the time, asking for stuff, pouring…
We hear voices in our heads all the time. We’re not crazy because we hear voices (at least not all of us). Most of the time we’re hearing ourselves; we’re giving ourselves instructions, thinking about…
If you missed Part 1 you can read it here. Listening to God and obeying His voice may be new to most American Christians. We’ve been taught to go to church, sing songs, give money,…
I’ve always been freaked out to hear someone say “God told me to ___________”. In my upbringing, God spoke to people like Abraham, Moses, Noah and Jesus, not people like me. It gets more weird…
So what do I do now that Christmas is over? How do I get back from the orgy of food, wrapping paper and turkey? Short days of early winter. Slow work schedules and hours of the NFL…
There’s a moment… a split-second when you ‘hear’ His still small voice. When that thought comes to you. When you feel that unction. When words form in your mind that you didn’t ‘think’. Words from…
Unsettling question isn’t it? Heretical to think ‘no.’ That would be sacrilegious and disappoint your mama if she ever heard you say it. But dishonest to say ‘yes’; too many examples of good prayers coming…

Regi Campbell was an entrepreneur, author, and mentor. He was involved in founding 15 companies and served as CEO four times. He wrote four books: About My Father’s Business, Mentor Like Jesus, What Radical Husbands Do, and Radical Wisdom.
But Regi’s passion and calling was mentoring younger men to become all-in Jesus-followers. Through his 19 mentoring groups, he personally invested in 155 men and indirectly, in their marriages and families. The success of his mentoring groups led Regi to found Radical Mentoring to equip and engage men and their churches in launching intentional men’s small group mentoring. Through the investments of those churches and mentors, over 11,000 men have been mentored.
Regi was married to Miriam for 50 years. Their two adult children are happily married (with five grandkids between them) and live only a couple of hours away. Regi went home to be with his Heavenly Father on January 24, 2020.
