I spend tons of time with great young men. Mostly Christians. Almost all married. Clean-cut, upstanding, good jobs, church-going, great dads. Guys you’d trust with your wallet and your wife. Some even in vocational Christian…
Jesus was toughest on self-righteous people. He could hang with prostitutes, tax collectors and lepers, but the Pharisees and religious scholars made His teeth itch. He constantly challenged them . . . calling them out…
A couple of weeks ago, some guys from the low country of South Carolina asked if they could pray for me. We ‘FaceTimed’ and one by one, they prayed. One guy mentioned Hezekiah and how…
We sang Amazing Grace in church this week. A couple of lines struck me new . . . ‘Twas grace that taught my heart to fear, And grace my fears relieved. How precious did that…
As I was reading a little Donald Miller the other day, I came across this . . . “Nearly 80 years ago a psychologist named Viktor Frankl stood up to Sigmund Freud. Freud was saying that the…
It’s always humbling when I confess to flying solo through most of my adult life. So many mistakes that could have been avoided . . . pain not inflicted. A huge hunk of my calling…
“What would Jesus do?” Remember the bracelets? And what a great question! The idea was lifted from a (very old) book called In His Steps by Charles M. Sheldon. This short little book was first…
Sometimes what comes out of your mouth isn’t at all what you meant. Yogi Berra, who died recently was famous for his ‘Yogi-isms.’ Like all of us, Berra was a combination of pride and humility….
Growing up Baptist means you grow up to become ‘lost.’ And it’s not just me, it’s lost family members and lost neighbors. In fact, it’s a category . . . ‘the lost.’ It all makes…

Regi Campbell was an entrepreneur, author, and mentor. He was involved in founding 15 companies and served as CEO four times. He wrote four books: About My Father’s Business, Mentor Like Jesus, What Radical Husbands Do, and Radical Wisdom.
But Regi’s passion and calling was mentoring younger men to become all-in Jesus-followers. Through his 19 mentoring groups, he personally invested in 155 men and indirectly, in their marriages and families. The success of his mentoring groups led Regi to found Radical Mentoring to equip and engage men and their churches in launching intentional men’s small group mentoring. Through the investments of those churches and mentors, over 11,000 men have been mentored.
Regi was married to Miriam for 50 years. Their two adult children are happily married (with five grandkids between them) and live only a couple of hours away. Regi went home to be with his Heavenly Father on January 24, 2020.
