Radical Mentoring is an intentional small group mentoring process to help mentors and churches engage men, build leaders, and transform churches.
We created this page as a quick way to introduce you to Radical Mentoring and our unique brand of small group mentoring. Scroll down to read more or click Get Started Now to skip all that and ‘get started.’
Mentors intentionality pour into a group (4-8) of guys once-a-month for three hours for 9-12 months.
In between meetings, the group reads a carefully selected book and writes a one-page net-out of what they learned.
Between sessions, mentees memorize 1-2 assigned verses of Scripture and come prepared to recite them.
Mentees complete monthly assignments to help them become better husbands, fathers, leaders and followers of Jesus.
Through the shared pursuit of becoming a fully alive man, strong community develops as the mentees learn to build accountability.

Regi Campbell is an entrepreneur, author, and mentor. He’s been involved in founding 15 companies and has served as CEO four times. He’s written three books: About My Father’s Business, Mentor Like Jesus, and his most recent, What Radical Husbands Do.
But Regi’s passion and calling is mentoring younger men to become all-in Jesus-followers. He is currently leading his 18th mentoring group and has now personally invested in 144 men and indirectly, in their marriages and families. The success of his mentoring groups led Regi to found Radical Mentoring to equip and engage men and their churches in launching intentional men’s small group mentoring. Through the investments of those churches and mentors, over 6,500 men have been mentored.
Regi has been married to Miriam for 48 years. Their two adult children are happily married (with five grandkids between them) and live only a couple of hours away. When he’s not grandfathering, mentoring, or writing, Regi loves music, videography, traveling, and being on, in, or under the water.
As Executive Director, Kevins Harris sets the vision and strategy for Radical Mentoring, serving as an evangelist to new audiences and an invaluable resource to churches who have incorporated small group mentoring into their disciple-making strategy.
As a part of Regi Campbell’s 2nd Radical Mentoring group, Kevin experienced a radical change as husband, father, and Jesus-follower, leading him to craft the purpose statement that has guided him since . . . “I exist to glorify God by helping others unlock and apply their God-given talents and strengths.”
Kevin grew up in Durham, NC and attended Furman University before moving to Atlanta. Before joining Radical Mentoring, he led a sales team at Wells Real Estate Funds and served in sales positions at CNL and Atlas Energy. He and his wife Susan have two boys, Thomas and Bo. Kevin enjoys coaching his sons, cooking a good meal, reading a good book, and watching a good game.
