You can launch whenever it works for you. However, we suggest starting in January or September, as it aligns well with either the calendar year or the school calendar. Radical Mentoring is unique from most church programs in that the men in the group dictate the calendar for the year, and scheduling our from Jan. or Sept. tends to work well. So, most churches prefer to launch in one of these timeframes, but as with most elements of Radical Mentoring, you are free to customize to best fit your context.
