Radical Mentoring – Why Our ’25 Ministry Impact Mattered and Where We Are Headed
Our 2025 ministry impact shows how God used Radical Mentoring to shape leaders, strengthen churches, and deepen discipleship.
Paul writes in 2 Timothy 2:2:
“…and what you have heard from me… entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”
This simple verse captures the heart of Radical Mentoring—one leader investing in others, one generation discipling the next. As we close out 2025, this calling feels as urgent and hopeful as ever.
This year, as Radical Mentoring celebrated its 25-Year Anniversary, we witnessed remarkable multiplication. Leaders across the country stepped forward and discipled an additional 5,000+ men (totaling over 31,000 now).
Churches launched new groups where men discovered purpose, deepened their walk with Jesus, found belonging, and strengthened their families. Again and again, we saw what happens when a leader says “yes” to mentoring—lives change, and the ripples travel farther than we can know on this side of Heaven.
A closer look at our 2025 ministry impact
2025 was also the year we embraced a significant shift: from being simply an equipping organization to becoming an equipping and guiding one. Our tools, content, and structure remain strong and we enhanced our website and social media presence considerably. But we recognized that leaders need more than resources—they need a partner. Someone to walk with them, encourage them, and help them take the next faithful step.
This year, we began investing more intentionally in that guiding role, and the impact has been unmistakable. Leaders feel more supported. Churches feel accompanied. Mentors now feel part of a movement. The unanimous response from church partners in Florida, Virginia, Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky, and beyond has been the same: “What a difference!”
Why does this matter? Because men today are spiritually unanchored, relationally isolated, and unsure where to turn. But when a mentor steps in and says, “Let me show you how to follow, how to love, and how to lead,” everything changes. And when the mentor feels supported, encouraged and connected, the mentoring journeys they lead tend to flourish.
It’s legacy. It’s multiplication. It’s the very work Paul describes.
As we end the year, we’re deeply grateful for those who pray for and financially support this ministry. But our clear calling towards equipping and now guiding our partners requires more—more prayer and considerably more financial resources.
If God leads you to make a year-end gift, know that you are enabling us to be the guide our partners need! We are all investing in individuals whose lives, families, churches, and communities will be transformed for generations. Radical ripples, indeed.
Thank you for walking with us. We can’t wait to see what God entrusts to us in 2026!
