Mentor Summit is unique, it’s a conference, but it’s designed to be different, to be personal. You’ll be at a table with 8 other mentors and church leaders. We’ll worship together, we’ll listen to talks from top communicators and thought-leaders and we’ll discuss them.

This year’s theme is Spiritual Fatherhood. While we haven’t often used these words, “spiritual fatherhood” is often the result of the Radical Mentoring process.

A spiritual father comes alongside another man in love, helps him find and follow Jesus, and is there for him as he learns to love, serve, and give. We think it’s a powerful concept and if you join us March 20-21 at Mentor Summit 2020, we will explore the meaning, methods, and responsibilities of spiritual fatherhood.

Read on to learn who is speaking, who should attend, and why you should come. See you there!

Here’s who should attend and what we’ll send you back home with . . .

Senior Pastors

Are you harnessing the wisdom of your staff and lay leaders to grow your church? We want to help you identify and engage the wisdom of your more mature members to make disciples and disciple-makers without adding staff or budget.

Staff Pastors

How do you broaden the circle of core lay leaders? How do you increase the spiritual depth of your younger men? How do you raise the commitment level of the leaders of your families? We believe you’ll leave Summit with clear, actionable ideas to make these things happen.

Mentors & Lay Leaders

Your church wants to ‘equip you to do the work of the Gospel.’ We want to help your church by pouring our best ideas and years of experience into you so it can be leveraged for the benefit of your church. We want to help you become an even better disciple-maker.

Hear From Engaging Speakers

We’ve enlisted a great group of speakers from around the country for you to learn from. These guys aren’t just gifted speakers, they’re all passionate about impacting the next generation and equipping you do so too.

Engage in Heartfelt, Authentic Worship

The weekend features numerous times of corporate worship, lead by our friend and gifted worship leader Todd Fields. We have also created time and space for you to connect with and listen to your Heavenly Father.

Rub Shoulders With Like-Hearted Men

How often do you get the chance to sit around with other men from across the country who are passionate about mentoring the next generation? Mentor Summit is a chance to do just that as we have built in time for discussion and reflection around the table.

Recharge & Refresh

As a mentor or church leader, you likely spend a lot of time pouring into other people. We want this weekend to be our chance to pour into you. To help you get recharged and refreshed as you continue to influence and impact others.

Hear what past attendees had to say . . .

“This has been very encouraging for me and the men who came with me. As a pastor, I am better equipped for being here.”

“Raw, real, refreshing. You set an example of how to be honest and authentic. Amazing speakers – great content and practical application.”

“Absolutely fantastic retreat…from start to finish. Great location, topics, speakers, fellowship and servant leaders.”

“Like drinking from a fire hose. Great information. I loved having large group teaching followed by table discussion – it made it come alive. The men who served were great.”

“Such a huge encouragement to come learn and fellowship with all these men. It’s easy to feel like you’re stuck in an island doing your best to mentor. But this weekend is an awesome reminder that I have a community I am doing this with.”

“This has been an extraordinary weekend…emotionally, educationally, and spiritually. Thank you for taking such good care of me so that I can prepare to take good care of others.”
