CHRIS HARPER

Chris Harper is a speaker, writer, and disciple-maker serving as the CEO of BetterMan. Through equipping more than 2500+ churches and 300,000+ men, BetterMan is calling the church back to men.

Chris is passionate about biblical manhood, and often speaks on topics such as a man’s identity in Christ and the importance of being a gospel-centered husband and father. Chris desires to see generations of men grasp who they are in Christ and come alive! Chris received his Masters degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and his Doctorate from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Chris and his wife, Ally, live with their four children – Scarlett, Malachi, Calvin, and Oliver – in Arlington, Texas. In addition to his family, Chris loves a pick-up basketball game, a good cheeseburger, and firmly believes Jordan is better than Lebron.

TODD FIELDS

Todd Fields has led worship for more than 30 years. He started out in a youth group band with Andy Stanley in the 80’s, partnered with Louie Giglio in the 90’s and early 2000’s in Atlanta with a ministry called 7:22, traveled with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, and worked as a worship pastor at North Point Community Church for 21 years.

Todd coaches senior pastors and worship leaders on how to create engaging worship services, how to build unified teams, and how to become better leaders on stage and off. This led him to develop Worship Circle, a unique worship leader coaching network, which gathers worship leaders into small training circles, guided by veteran worship leader coaches such as himself.

Todd currently lives in Alpharetta with his wife, Carrie, and their 4 boys, Chandler, Carter, Connor, and Collin.

PETER OSTAPKO

Peter Ostapko is the Founder and Publisher of Kinsmen Journal. Publishing has long been a dream of his, though only in recent years did the dream become more clear. This platform and voice have been birthed out of his belief that God is good and that each of us has a story to tell, because of a Savior that redeems.

Before this Peter served at Mid-Missouri Bank as a Vice President of Commercial Banking. He lives with his wife Sarah and three kids in Springfield, Missouri.

PETE LOESCHER

Pete Loescher is Managing Director of the Supply Chain Finance and Asset Monetization practices for PNC bank and has spent 25 years in the commercial and corporate banking arenas. However, Pete’s passion has been and continues to be the development of communities of men fully alive in their calling and in their identity in Christ.

In 2001, Pete came to the understanding that “faith is an individual decision, but it is a team sport” and has lived out of that truth ever since. In addition to mentoring individuals and groups, Pete has been involved in the construction and launch of mentoring programs for three large Atlanta churches – Johnson Ferry Baptist (his home church), Northpoint Community Church and First Baptist of Roswell. He currently serves on the Men’s Advisory Counsel for both Johnson Ferry Baptist and Northpoint and as a Board Member for Radical Mentoring.

Pete is married to his wife Roxanne whom God has gifted and called into the teaching field for general education and special education elementary students. They have four children and reside in Roswell, a northern suburb of Atlanta.

CORY HALLETT
