Not at all! Churches of all shapes and sizes are seeing life change through small group mentoring. Whether you’re a brand new church plant or a deeply established megachurch, the men in your pews (or rows, or seats, or whatever), are waiting to be activated as leaders in your church. We repeatedly mention megachurches for two reasons: 1) they are often more well known and provide a familiar example of a Radical Mentoring church, and 2) they often launch many groups at once and provide us with more data and stories to share.
