Radical Mentoring Welcomes Pete Loescher as New President
We are thrilled to announce Pete Loescher as the new President of Radical Mentoring, effective April 28, 2025. With a 30+ year career in corporate banking and a deep commitment to relational discipleship, Pete brings a unique blend of marketplace leadership, spiritual wisdom, and passion for intentional mentoring to this role.
A long-time member of Johnson Ferry Baptist Church since 1996, Pete’s journey with Radical Mentoring began in 2002 when he participated in the 2nd Radical Mentoring group and first crafted his personal purpose statement:
“I, Pete Loescher, best utilize my God-given gifts by facilitating the gathering of people to develop deeper, more meaningful, and more accountable relationships.”
That calling has continued to define his leadership and life. In 2009, the FARR Leadership Academy (led by SEAL psychologists) affirmed that Pete is “built to create community around a common purpose and lead decisively during pivotal moments.” In 2013, through the Storyline process, Pete embraced his personal life theme:
“Set apart to bring together.”
Pete’s leadership is marked by clarity, conviction, and care — a perfect fit for guiding Radical Mentoring into its next chapter of growth and impact. His deep love for discipleship in the local church, marketplace insight, and relational gifting make him uniquely positioned to improve and expand the ministry’s reach and mission.
Outside of work and ministry, Pete is an avid reader, an equal-opportunity griller (gas, charcoal, pellets), and an ’80s music bingo ringer. His favorite TV character is Captain Kirk from Star Trek who he calls “an amplifier of others” and his favorite movie character is Maximus from the film Gladiator who Pete describes as “an enemy to evil, a fierce protector of those he loves.”
Similarly, Pete has a tendency to amplify others around him and leverage his passion for the people and causes he cares for with both heart and humor.
