We all know there is a connection between the mind and the heart. We are attacked most days with information from multiple sources trying to intellectually convince us their opinion, device, or approach is the right one for us. We also know we need our hearts . . . the home of our hopes, dreams, and emotions . . . which serve as the source of our wisdom and character. Is one more important than the other? Can we love our wives with our minds only? How about our children and grandchildren? Heart and Mind cannot be separated.

That’s why the theme for Radical Mentoring’s Mentor Summit 2018: East is Mentoring Hearts.

Mentoring Hearts is about focusing on vertical and horizontal relationships . . . about connecting with our Heavenly Father and with each other. It’s about connecting our hearts with God and the men we interact with every day. Mentoring Hearts is also about teaching those around us what we already know . . . that you must love God with all our heart, mind, and spirit before you can really love others.

If you’ve never been, Mentor Summit is unique. It’s a conference, but it’s designed to be different, to be personal. You’ll be at a table with 8 other mentors and church leaders. We’ll worship together, we’ll listen to talks from top communicators and thought-leaders and we’ll discuss them.

Read on to learn who is speakingwho should attend, and why you should come. We hope to see you there.

Senior Pastors

Are you harnessing the wisdom of your staff and lay leaders to grow your church? We want to help you identify and engage the wisdom of your more mature members to make disciples and disciple-makers without adding staff or budget.

Staff Pastors

How do you broaden the circle of core lay leaders? How do you increase the spiritual depth of your younger men? How do you raise the commitment level of the leaders of your families? We believe you’ll leave Summit with clear, actionable ideas to make these things happen.

Mentors and Lay Leaders

Your church wants to ‘equip you to do the work of the Gospel.’ We want to help your church by pouring our best ideas and years of experience into you so it can be leveraged for the benefit of your church. We want to help you become an even better disciple-maker.

This has been very encouraging for me and the men who came with me. As a pastor, I am better equipped for being here.

It took me down to the “bare metal!” It so touched and healed my heart and equipped me with great tools, insights, resources, inspiration and Godly wisdom.

I left with tools to improve as a mentor and more importantly to make me a better Christ-follower and man. The speakers and music all drew me closer to God.

The content was off the chart, the culture was conducive to hearing from God. Servant’s hearts were humbling. A+ grade on everything.

This is always the most unbelievable mix of incredible lessons, honest relationship and encounter with God that I have ever had.

The speakers were awesome but the most impactful thing was seeing guys living the love of Christ through the RM concepts.
