We Believe In

THE CHURCH

We’ve developed a free tool to help churches launch small group mentoring and discipleship programs. It is now being used in churches of all shapes and sizes across the country (including North Point Community Church). This program has the potential to develop future lay leaders for your church and forever change the trajectory of your congregation. Are you willing to dive in?

Radical Mentoring

CONTENT OVERVIEW

Prepare

Every good program begins with preparations. Before you can get mentoring started in your church you’ll need a few things:

  • Your Senior Pastor’s Approval
  • A pool of older, wiser guys
  • A passion to see lives changed

Equip

We’ll help you launch a ‘Mentor Equipping Season’ among a pool of suitable mentor candidates. You’ll facilitate 6 sessions designed at preparing these older, wiser guys to mentor groups of younger men in your church. Topics covered at the sessions include:

  • Mentoring Group Structure
  • Mentoring Practice
  • Wife Approval
  • Mentee Draft

Launch

When you’ve walked through the steps in our playbook and finish session 6 of the equipping season, all that’s left is to launch the mentoring program and wait as God works. You can reach out to us at any time with:

  • Questions
  • Concerns
  • Success Stories

TAKE ACTION

Want to see our playbook for making this happen?

The Playbook is not something we take lightly. While it’s a free resource, but we want  to be sure of your sincere interest before we send it. We’ve worked hard to bring the details of our disciple-making system to life in the Playbook. But it takes more than just you getting the file download and reading through it. We want this to be an interactive, consultative process whereby you can lean on our experience and servant hearts. This is not a ‘bait and switch’ . . . we are not selling services or anything else. We’re called to this and are totally donor supported.

If you’re interested in the Playbook you can contact us using the form on the right, or you can call or email us as well. We look forward to hearing from you!
